Crawler crane operator — Marte

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Marte, Borno State. You will be based on a busy construction site. The role involves: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦210,000 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
