Cnc lathe setter — Morrison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Morrison County, Minnesota. You will work in a tool room. On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
