Meat trimmer — Nkwerre

Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Nkwerre, Imo State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
