Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Rotating shifts.
