Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Whatcom County, Washington. Requirements: • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Your main tasks: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
