CNC mill setter-operator wanted in Deuel County

Join our team: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Deuel County, Nebraska. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters The role involves set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
