Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Frederick County, Virginia. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
