Catering cook — Tafa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Tafa, Niger State. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate ₦295,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
