Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Hamilton County, Florida. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On a typical shift you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
