Great opportunity: we are hiring a hand presser in Baylor County, Texas. The job is at a dry cleaner's. The role involves: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
