Maintenance painter — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Washington County, Utah. You will be based at a property maintenance company. Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site You will clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; sand and fill walls before applying primer; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps.
