VMC operator — Bracknell Forest

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Bracknell Forest, England. You will work at a busy machine shop. You will load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
