Render and set plasterer • Bama, Borno State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Bama, Borno State. Day to day you will tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. What we are looking for: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline 6+ years on the tools preferred.
