Retail butcher — Imphal West

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Imphal West, Manipur. On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Six days a week, one day off.
