Deboner — Dutsi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Dutsi, Katsina State. The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
