Commis chef wanted in Gurara

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Gurara, Niger State. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦285,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
