Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Ido, Oyo State. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 4+ years on the tools preferred.
