We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Castro County, Texas. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
