Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Seneca County, Ohio. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder 2+ years on the tools preferred.
