Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Wayne County, Michigan. You will work at a cake shop. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
