Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Lee County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime You will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
