What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
