Vacancy available: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Taylor County, Texas. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. You should have: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Strong attention to safety and load limits Day to day you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams.
