Bar waiter — Dange-Shuni

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Dange-Shuni, Sokoto State. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
