Oven operator — Boulder County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Boulder County, Colorado. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
