Paint booth operator • Ringim, Jigawa State

Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Ringim, Jigawa State. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer ₦12,000 per day plus benefits.
