The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
