The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
