Dough maker — Afijio

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Afijio, Oyo State. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
