Confectioner — Odeda

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Odeda, Ogun State. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
