Cake decorator • Williams County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Williams County, Ohio. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
