You will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
