Join our team: powder spray gun operator (Edo)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Etsako West, Edo. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
