Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Day to day you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
