Vacuum press operator — Kitsap County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Kitsap County, Washington. You will work in a garment export house. Day-to-day duties: • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Part-time with flexible hours.
