Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
