Line cook — Bryan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a line cook in Bryan County, Oklahoma. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
