Line cook — Suwannee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Suwannee County, Florida. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service.
