Kitchen cook wanted in Benton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Benton County, Oregon. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Six days a week, one day off.
