You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather You will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste.
