Prep cook • Mopa-Muro, Kogi State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Mopa-Muro, Kogi State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
