Protective coatings painter • Putnam County, Florida

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Putnam County, Florida. You will work in a factory paint shop. You will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding Overtime paid at a premium rate.
