The role involves: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
