Overhead (EOT) crane operator — North Tyneside

Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes On the job you will handle: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Full-time, day shift.
