Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. We offer ₦255,000 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
