Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Katni, Madhya Pradesh. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
