The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
