Prep cook wanted in Obubra

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Obubra, Cross River State. The role involves follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
