We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Edwards County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
