What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
